Synopsis
An accident in the forest comes close to injuring Gustav. He is saved only by the bravery of his best friend Fergie. But Fergie wasn’t so lucky. The only chance to save him is to take his magic spark plug from the ruined tractor and place into an old vintage car. For the first time, Fergie is now a race car!
But it is not so easy for a tractor to get used to being a fast car. When Goggen polishes him up beautifully and enters him into the big vintage car race, Gustav can see that Fergie is finally accepting life as a car. And that takes him further away from being the tractor and friend that Gustav loves so much.
When the charming owner of the Auto Museum wants to buy Fergie, Fergie finds himself torn between the exciting life of a car and his old life at the farm. After a speedy race, Gustav and Fergie find themselves apart and Fergie finally chooses the Auto Museum. But life at the Museum is not all it appears to be and Gustav takes part in a daring chase to return Fergie’s magic spark plug to where it belongs: back on Goggen’s Farm in the body of a little grey tractor.
