Synopsis
Veum relaunches Gunnar Staalesen's eminent private detective in an original crime TV-series.
Varg Veum (40) has created a name for himself as a champion of the weak, young and vulnerable in Bergen. He fights the system, and in a city that has had its share of police scandals and power abuse, he has become a notorious figure in Bergen. When his son, Thomas (17), is suspected of the murder of his classmate Lea, Varg is involved in a deeply personal case. Only hours before she died Lea came to Varg for help, and now Varg has to defend his son, a son he realizes he doesn't know as well as he thought.
